Where do you get you meat from?
  • With the exception of our fresh and frozen seafood, all of our products are produced locally in Alberta.
Where do you get your lunchmeats?
  • All of our lunchmeats are made in-store with the exception of dry-cured sausage.  For example:  Cervalet, Hungarian Salami, etc.
Do you have a smoker right here?
  • Yes, our smokehouse is in the back of our store and can hold approximately 1000 lb sof sausage per load.  We use only natural wood chips for the old fashioned flavor. No artificial colors or flavors
    are ever used.

Can we order a special type of sausage or product?

  • Absolutely, we can custom make any variety of product you wish, with a minimum required
    weight of 25 lbs.  If you have a special recipe, we will try to match it exactly as long as spices and herbs are available to us.
